In early March 2006, the parent company changed its name from Cal Dive International, Inc. to Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. The new company is to become the heir to all of Helix’s shallow water marine contracting business. After the offer is made, Helix will own nearly 62 million of the company's outstanding shares of common stock.
